St Mathews School is one of the sixteen new schools that the Manchester ‘’Building Schools for the Future’’ (BSF) are undertaking between 2007 & 2011.

Laing O’Rourke and Balfour Beatty are the two Main contractors, each carrying out eight of the schools

The Design however is split between, EWA; Walker Simpson and Aedas who were responsible for our recently completed St. Mathews school project.

Gariff have been named as one of a small select number (2 per Trade) of ‘Primary Supply Chain’ subcontractors for both the Joinery & the SFS/Partition elements of the works within theses schools.

We have previously complete the Joinery for Laing’s at Cedar Mount school back in June 08 valued at £500K, and have just completed the Combined Joinery, SFS, Partitions, Suspended & Acoustic Ceiling Tiles for Balfour at St. Mathews.

The whole of the Quadrant facilities were in operation for the first home Premier League fixture against Fulham on 19th August 2006. We are delighted to note tha the Client and their customers were excited and overwhelmed with the new complex.

In the context of the complexity of the scheme, we can all be extremely proud of what we have achieved over the last fifteen months.
