Gariff provided a bespoke joinery package for this new 23,000SqM Business School & Student Hub accommodating 5,000 students & 250 staff. All acoustic performance panelling to two atria & five lecture theatres was manufactured in-house and installed with full test reports provided following assessment at Salford University’s Acoustic Test Laboratory. Fit-out of lecture theatres also consisted of on-site build of staged tiered flooring and construction of projector rooms, control suites and sound booths. In addition, walls, ceilings and doorsets were fitted to over 100 classrooms. Work to the reception Hub area involved backlit bespoke made reception desk with etched sandblasted glass signage walls.
