Gariff were appointed to undertake the full fit out of the amenity areas, staff rooms and reception in this stylish, build-to-rent development in Leeds City Centre. Works included the full mechanical & electrical package, manufacture and installation of glazed partitions, internal doors and bespoke joinery of the reception desk, feature walls, work benches, private dining kitchen, fixed and loose furniture. All items were detail designed by our in-house CAD team, manufactured in our workshop in Manchester and installed by our team of specialist joiners.
