LOCATION: Leeds, UK

Gariff were appointed to undertake the full fit out of the amenity areas, staff rooms and reception in this modern, build-to-rent development in Leeds City Centre. Works included the manufacture and installation of glazed partitions, internal doors and bespoke joinery of the reception desk, feature walls, work benches, coffee station, fixed and loose furniture. All items were detail designed by our in-house CAD team, manufactured in our workshop in Manchester and installed by our team of specialist joiners.

Castle Wharf

‘Castle Wharf brings boutique waterside living to Manchester.’ Gariff Construction were appointed by Renaker to fit out the deluxe on-site amenitiy areas in this chic wharfside development. Works included the detail design and manufacture of bespoke joinery elements in concierge areas, residents’ club lounge, meeting rooms, gymnasium & spa. All items were manufactured in our purpose-built workshop in Trafford Park then fitted on site by our specialist joinery teams.

‘Deansgate Square delivers a new level of luxury city centre living to Manchester.’ Gariff were proud to be involved in this stunning project for Renaker which offers a wealth of impressive lifestyle services, living areas and amenities exclusively for residents. Gariff’s bespoke joinery elements included reception desk, feature wall paneling, private dining area, boardroom facility, bespoke planters & specially designed fixed seating. All pieces were detail designed by our in-house CAD team, manufactured in our Trafford Park purpose-built workshop and fitted on site by our specialist joinery team.

Oxygen Towers

Gariff Construction were appointed by Russell WBHO to undertake the detailed design, supply and manufacture of all bespoke joinery elements at this 32-storey luxury residential development. Works to the reception areas, private dining room and basement health suite included bespoke desks, display/storage units, feature wall paneling, upholstered columns , refreshment credenza units, speciality wall planters and acoustic panels.

Napoleons Casino

LOCATION: Manchester, UK

Gariff were appointed by ISG to fit out the new Napoleons Casino in Manchester City Centre. The scope of works included all bespoke joinery units such as bars, partitions, feature wine walls, reception desk and upholstered seating. Work was also undertaken in the bathrooms comprising of bespoke WC Cubicles, made-to-measure vanity units and decorative integrated plumbing system panels. Works to the internal structure incorporated decorative column encasements, bespoke door sets and wall paneling featuring brass trims and inserts. Work on site was approximately 10 weeks, with all manufacturing undertaken at our workshop in Trafford Park, Manchester.

Principal Hotel

LOCATION: Russell Square, London

Gariff were appointed by S&T UK and architects Russell Sage to assist with detail design and manufacture of bespoke joinery pieces for the extensive renovation of the iconic Hotel Russell. Situated on Russell Square in London. This historic Grade II* listed building, originally designed by the renowned architect Charles Fitzroy Doll, was one of the first purpose-built hotels in London with en-suite bathrooms, and was originally considered to be synonymous with high-end luxury. Work included the manufacture & installation of bespoke items for the ground floor lobby, restaurants, café and reading rooms.

Clippers Quay

LOCATION: Salford Quays

Gariff were appointed by Grainger Plc to fit out the reception, gym and amenity areas in this high end build-to-rent development in Salford Quays, Manchester. All joinery units including the reception desk, co-working hub desks, timber ceiling fins, bespoke kitchen units and other furniture items were custom-built just down the road in our Trafford Park based workshop. Gariff also provided all walls, timber & acoustic panelling, feature ceilings, floor coverings and decoration as specified by the Interior Designer including a mezzanine level in the reception area. The total programme duration was 14 weeks.

Center Parcs

LOCATION: Nationwide, UK

Gariff worked on behalf of the Select Service Partnership and Nuance on a series of Center Parcs facilities across the UK. Joinery works were completed to bars, restaurants and retail outlets including Dexter’s Kitchen, The Shearing House and The Canopy Cafe. The complete fit out of each project included finishes to all walls, floors and ceilings with bespoke furniture being manufactured to order in our workshop. A complete mechanical and electrical package was also involved incorporating lighting & electrical systems, heating & cooling, plumbing and involved co-ordination with catering equipment suppliers.

Westfield London Eat Gallery

ARCHITECT: Softroom

LOCATION: White City, London

This 6,000 SqM, 1000-cover dining gallery occupies a central first floor location in the £1.5 billion Westfield Mall in London. The vast project involved all detailed design drawings and manufacture of elements for the iconic plywood fins which envelop the balcony. Also included were bespoke made Corian illuminated servery bars & curved upholstered banquette seating, marble & mirrored column cladding, solid timber floors and all Mechanical & Electrical services. A network of specialist subcontractors were also employed by Gariff to aid with specific features as requested by the client, such as a GRG hand-painted coffered infinity dome ceiling and fret pattern, illuminated glass walls.
